Downtown ROCs! is a non-profit organization that creates economic opportunities for youth in the city, while simultaneously adding beauty and energy to Downtown Rochester. We accomplish this mission through our Projects that ROC!, which are brought to life thanks to the hard work of our amazing ROCstars™.
